The new complex, which will also have cultural tourism value, will feature a shop, a tasting area, two underground tunnels for communication, exhibition, and training purposes, an open-air theater, a visible olive mill, a training olive grove, and an underground parking facility.
Agraria Riva del Garda was founded in 1926 as an association aimed at promoting, supporting, and enhancing agriculture in the Alto Garda Trentino region. The Cantina di Riva specializes in meticulous and avant-garde wine production, certified and carried out in compliance with production standards. The historic complex, which will undergo a modern and innovative architectural redevelopment, includes the winery, the olive mill, and the Rural Store, with the goal of creating an innovative district where producers and researchers can meet and work, while respecting the identity and quality of its products.
Ventie30 was tasked with developing and overseeing the entire design strategy, including the creation of a new visual, digital, and web identity, the definition of the project manifesto, the establishment of the communication style for the various locations and their workflows, product packaging, and the design of a comprehensive communication strategy for the territory. This is a global project where all communication efforts must intersect seamlessly with architectural redevelopment, the local territory, and institutional operations.
