


SMART LIFE FESTIVAL 2022 — Identity, Visual Systems & Curated Festival Graphics
Our role in the festival encompassed the design of festival graphics, identity elements, visual communication and art direction, ensuring a coherent and compelling visual narrative across print and digital touchpoints. The visual system we developed responded to the festival’s spirit of innovation and human‑centred technology discourse, providing structural clarity and expressive impact that supported talks, installations, exhibitions and public engagement programs.
Smart Life Festival 2022 is a multidisciplinary design project in which Ventie30 crafted conceptual strategy, art direction, graphic identity, visual systems and curated design assets for one of Italy’s most dynamic cultural events on digital culture and innovation. The seventh edition of this festival held in Modena from September 29 to October 2, 2022 centered on the theme of “Umanesimo 5.0,” exploring the evolving relationship between humans, culture and emerging technologies.
This work reflects a holistic design ethos: from modular graphic elements that adapt across formats to typography that balances authority with personality, every design decision contributed to an integrated visual experience. Through curated layout strategies and a disciplined yet expressive identity, Smart Life Festival 2022 stands as a visual ecosystem that amplifies festival themes, facilitates audience connection and strengthens cultural resonance.
